The back end of an HTC dummy phone wasrecently spotted, and while it might be a wee bit different from other Thunderbolt images, one can notice the words “With HTC Sense” located on the kickstand – in place of “With Google” that used to be there instead. Of course, the 4G LTE Verizon logo is also missing right above, pointing towards the possibility of this being an international version. Yet another rather subtle (or is it cleverly hidden) difference would be the lack of speaker holes located right above the camera lens – perhaps this is just a small error on the dummy model manufacturing process as it needn’t physically represent the handset fully, or it could be an entirely different phone altogether. Ah well, we will just have to play the wait-and-see game to find out the truth.
Update: We were informed by Adam that this photo was leaked in August 2010, and represents an older version of the handset instead of a newer one. The one you see above is of a lower resolution and rotated 90 degrees, sporting a different watermark to boot. Thanks, Adam! We corrected this as soon as we could.
