A couple days ago, LG announced their latest powerful handset, the LG Optimus 2X, which also known as the LG Star. Holds a title as the world’s first dual-core smartphone, the LG Optimus will come out with a NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, which it clocked at 1GHz and Android 2.2 Froyo OS (upgradeable to Android 2.3 Gingerbread), make it faster and smooth to browse the web and application with multitask support without no screen lag. Set to available in Korea from January 2011, the LG Optimus also packs a 4-inch WVGA 800×480 touchscreen and a 8 Megapixel rear camera with 1080p MPEG-4/H.264 playback, a 1.3 Megapixel front camera for video calling, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, micro USB port, HDMI output, and Li-Ion 1500mAh battery. Last but not least, you can also enjoy 1080p video playback.
